Casual fine dining surrounded by Native American décor and an extensive collection of local artifacts. The menu created by Culinary Institute of America graduate Chef Nick Jaggi offers a variety of seasonal specialties that may include Morel mushrooms and wild game as well a wide variety of entrées.
Entrées: Filet mignon and New York strip steaks hand-cut to order and award-winning baby back ribs.
Great Lakes Fish: Whitefish available in eight preparations, lake perch, and walleye.
Seafood: Crab legs, tuna, mahi mahi, shrimp, lobster, and frog legs. A variety of pasta & chicken dishes as well as vegetarian offerings like our planked vegetable board.
Appetizers: Oysters Rockefeller, Artichoke Dip, Gulf Port Shrimp Cocktail & more.
Salads: Salad bar featuring over 18 freshly prepared items and specialty salads such as caesar, baby spinach, & our signature.
Desserts: You must try one of our tableside flaming desserts like Bananas Foster and Peach Melba. For a rich taste sample the New York Style Cheesecake.
The Chippewa Room offers an extensive wine list featuring over two dozen wines available by the glass. Ask your bartender for one of the house-special martinis, coffee drinks, and single malt scotches.
